Niagara Gardens

General

Visitors are always welcome at Niagara Gardens Retirement Manor, however we expect everyone to respect the privacy of our other guests. Management reserves the right to remove any visitor who unnecessarily interferes with the operations of the facility or our residents'. Management also reserves the right to refuse entry to Niagara Arms to any visitor should such action be necessary.

Overnight Guests

Overnight guests are welcome if we have the available space to accommodate them. All requests of this nature should be arranged with the Administrator or the Director of Care.

If space is available, the daily charge for the suite will be seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per night. This daily fee includes breakfast whether used or not. It is impossible to arrange phone service for the short stay guests, but guests are welcome to use the facility phones for local calls.

All guests are required to abide by the rules of the facility and will be required to notify staff when they are out of the building.

Supportive Services

Nursing Service: Niagara Gardens Retirement Manor provides 24-hour nursing supervision by registered staff. Should emergency attention be required or special assistance of some sort be needed, simply pull the call bell in your suite or in the bathroom and we will attend to your needs.

Guests Meals

Friends and relatives are always welcome to join you for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Arrangements should be made with the Dietary Supervisor prior to the meal to ensure that adequate space and food is available. For large parties we require at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.
